An established and fast-growing business within the FMCG/manufacturing sector is seeking a skilled Finance Professional to take on the role of Financial Manager: Shared Services. Duties & Responsibilities This opportunity will see you lead and manage the shared services finance function, driving efficiencies, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the business through strong financial controls. The role requires a hands-on leader who can streamline processes, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Other Duties Include:
- Overseeing the shared services team and ensuring accurate processing across functions
- Driving process improvements and automation within the finance environment
- Preparing, reviewing, and monitoring management reports and reconciliations
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, and controls
Education:
- Qualified CA(SA)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years post-articles experience in a shared services environment
- FMCG or manufacturing sector experience highly beneficial
- Strong leadership and process improvement experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
