About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Resident Engineer to oversee the implementation of a civil infrastructure project, with a focus on sewer and water reticulation systems. This is a fixed-term contract ideal for professionals seeking impactful short-term assignments.

Key Responsibilities


•   Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with technical specifications

· Interpret Technical drawings and specifications.


•   Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely delivery of works


•   Conduct inspections and certify completed sections


•   Coordinate with project lead, project engineer, and municipal stakeholders


•   Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards on-site


•   Monitor QMS on site.


•   Prepare technical reports and progress documentation.

Minimum Requirements


•   National Diploma or BTech in Civil Engineering


•   Professional Registration as Pr.Tech Eng. with ECSA (Advantageous)


•   5–8 years of experience in water infrastructure related projects


•   Proven expertise in sewer and water reticulation systems


•   Strong communication and site quality management skills


•   Valid driver's license and ability to work on-site

· Contract experience GCC,NEC (Advantageous).
