You will lead civil and structural engineering design across a portfolio of renewable energy technologies, ensuring that layouts, foundations, and structures are safe, compliant, and optimised for construction. Working within multidisciplinary teams, you will guide structural verification, design coordination, and risk mitigation across the full project lifecycle.

What You'll Do
Lead site grading, foundation design, and civil infrastructure layouts for multiple technologies
Perform structural analysis and verification for PV racks, wind turbine foundations, and BESS enclosures
Design battery enclosures for fire suppression, ventilation, and thermal management
Conduct constructability reviews for access roads, buildings, and auxiliary structures
Coordinate with EPC teams to ensure structural compliance, safety, and risk mitigation
What You Bring
Pr Eng registration with 10–19 years' civil/structural engineering experience
Strong structural analysis and foundation design expertise
Proven exposure to renewable energy (solar, wind, or BESS)
Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams
Strong technical judgement and a detail-driven approach
What Success Looks Like
Accurate, compliant, construction-ready civil and structural designs
Effective risk mitigation and issue resolution across project phases
Strong collaboration with EPC partners and internal stakeholders
Delivery of infrastructure that performs safely and reliably over project life
