A leading and renowned company based in Epping, is looking for a high performing Jnr Bookkeeper to join their vibrant young team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2- 4 years' experience within a similar role.

You will be assisting with the following:

UIF registration

Monthly payroll schedules, reconciliations and EMP201

Debtors and Creditors

VAT reconciliations

Monthly bookkeeping process up to trail balance

Monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries

SDL Returns

Cashbooks

Preparation of month-end payments

Check purchase orders to creditors invoices

Ensure bank statements, payments and transactions are allocated

Ensure that all petty cash expenses checked and captured

Any ad hoc duties or assistance

Qualifications:

Matric/Grade 12 Certificate

Diploma / Certificate Bookkeeping / Accounts

2-4 Years accounting experience

Working knowledge of: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & QuickBooks

Must have own vehicle

Skills:

Good communication skills and able to work well with a diverse team (Afrikaans & English)

Deadline orientated and work well under pressure

Attention to detail

Excellent time management skills

Positive and assertive attitude

A good team player

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Must be someone who is bubbly, humorous and pleasant
