We are seeking a highly skilled
UX/UI Designer
with a strong background in designing elegant, user-centric digital experiences within the
banking and financial services sector
. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces that enhance customer journeys across web and mobile channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces for banking applications, dashboards, portals, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.
  • Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and design systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA to ensure seamless delivery of design solutions.
  • Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards, and industry trends to enhance user experience.
  • Analyse user behaviour and feedback to iterate and improve existing digital products.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience
    as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for
    banking/financial services
    (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, responsive design, and design systems.
  • Ability to translate technical and business requirements into intuitive user journeys.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant banking or fintech projects.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS best practices (not for coding, but for better collaboration with dev teams).
  • Exposure to customer-facing digital transformation projects.
