Qualified CNC Turner
to join our team of professionals.

Our facility is equipped with
brand-new Doosan machinery
, including a
Lynx 2600 SY CNC Lathe
and a
DNM 6700 CNC Milling Machine
, ensuring a world-class precision manufacturing environment.

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced
CNC Turner
skilled in
Fusion 360 / Sketch-Turn programming and operation
. The successful candidate will manufacture high-precision components for both local and export projects, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Qualified CNC Turner (Trade Test or equivalent qualification)
  • 5–10 years' experience
    in CNC Turning, Programming & Setup
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Fusion 360 / Sketch-Turn
  • Experience with
    Doosan CNC machinery
    (advantageous)
  • Proficient in G-code programming, tool path optimization, and precision tolerances
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting
    technical drawings and engineering specifications
  • Experience with both
    metric and imperial
    machining standards
  • Attention to detail and a high commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team

Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate
    Doosan Lynx 2600 SY CNC Lathe
  • Manufacture precision components to specified tolerances
  • Select appropriate tooling and optimize cutting parameters
  • Conduct in-process inspection and quality verification
  • Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve production efficiency
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
