Our client has built a high-performing Cape Town based team embedded into the heart of their overseas based firm, working side-by-side with colleagues across borders. Now, they are looking for a dynamic Audit Manager to help drive their Financial Services portfolio forward.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of financial services clients including investment/wealth managers, fintechs, and professional services firms.
  • Leading audits from planning through to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
  • Coaching and developing junior staff, while contributing to a supportive, collaborative team culture.
  • Overseeing project delivery, client billing, and contributing to team-wide efficiency and innovation initiatives.
  • Acting as a trusted client contact, delivering advice, insights, and building long-term partnerships.

What we're looking for:

  • Registered CA(SA) with experience in financial services audit (preferred) or a genuine interest in the financial services space.
  • Currently in a management level role in a audit firm environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of UK GAAP, ISAs, and ideally LLP SORP and FCA regulations advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple client demands with calm precision.
  • A natural team leader who empowers others, solves problems proactively, and thinks commercially.
  • Experience managing end-to-end audits and driving continuous improvement.
