Role contribution to organisational strategy Aligned with Astral's focus on investing in people, the HR Officer plays a crucial role in talent development and retention. This role ensures alignment with strategic goals through effective communication, accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role ultimately supports Astral's long-term growth and operational excellence. Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to enhance talent acquisition.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Support performance management and training initiatives to drive employee development.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters to improve engagement.
- Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration to ensure accurate compensation.
- Monitor employment equity targets in recruitment and selection

- Bachelor's in Human Resources
- Certification in HR Management
- Registered with the SABPP
