Responsibilities
- Identify the sites that need submit pre-invoice to customer, generate pre-invoice everyday.
- Final check on final invoice before send to customer, identify the problem and resolve the problem independent on time.
- Develop billing rules, resolve the invoice dispute, and manage the PO status until PO closed.
- Resolve customer queries on all the pre-invoice and invoice related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- More than 1-2 years working experience
Required Skills
- Good at MS office, especially Excel
- Have fundamental professional knowledge of contract, billing and financial management
- Experience of same Job will be appreciated, but passionate challenger with essential knowledge is welcome as well
- Good at communicating and cooperating, have sense of target, strong responsibility.
