COPYWRITER

Role Purpose

To create clear, compelling, and value-driven content that communicates WeconnectU's product strength, educates the property management industry, and strengthens our brand voice across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging content for our website, blogs, product updates, social media, email campaigns, and in-app communication.
  • Translate technical software features into user-friendly, benefit-led messaging tailored to property managers, trustees, landlords, and service providers.
  • Create content that supports product launches, customer onboarding, training materials, and client retention.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure accuracy and alignment in all messaging.
  • Produce case studies, thought-leadership content, and educational material relevant to property management trends.
  • Maintain brand tone, clarity, and consistency across all communication channels.
  • Write SEO-optimised copy that drives organic reach and quality leads.
  • Proofread and refine content to ensure excellence and accuracy.

Skills & Requirements

  • 5 Years experience in senior copywriter or similar role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • 4 Years experience writing for SaaS, technology, or B2B platforms (advantageous).
  • Ability to quickly understand the property management environment and user pain points.
  • Strong research, storytelling, and messaging abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices.
  • Relevant qualification in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or similar.
