Purpose of this Role

As a Project Execution Manager, you will oversee the technical execution and implementation of projects. You will manage project delivery, maintain quality and safety standards, and ensure client satisfaction through effective stakeholder engagement and team management.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Oversight:


• Develop and review technical submissions to support project scope of works.


• Participate in end-user training as required and review technical reports post-project completion.


• Ensure all Project Engineers and Technical Teams have updated certifications and the necessary tools to deliver high-quality work.

Organizational Standards and Team Development:


• Work with the Head of Operations to upskill Project Engineers and Technical Teams to meet business and client requirements.


• Oversee technical resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance with FS Systems and client standards.


• Conduct quality checks on-site to verify adherence to all required standards and company policies.

Stakeholder Engagement:


• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external project stakeholders, addressing technical expectations and resolving escalations as needed.


• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure all service level agreements are fulfilled, including technical and maintenance support.

Project Delivery and Risk Management:


• Adhere to FS Systems project management methodology, updating all project documentation, including risks and lessons learned.


• Collaborate with logistics and customer service leads on material and equipment requirements.


• Manage Project Engineers and Technical Teams to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.

Account Management:


• Maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and aligning deliverables with service level agreements.


• Collaborate with Customer Service Leads and Project Engineers to address budget overruns and identify areas for improvement to maximize profitability.

Minimum Requirements (What We Need from You)


• Minimum of 5 years in safety and security technology project management, with hands-on experience in Fire Detection, IP Video Surveillance, and Access Control systems.


• At least 2 years in a supervisory role, with expertise in fire detection, gas suppression, enterprise access control, CCTV, and related systems.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Project Management, with in-depth knowledge of security technology preferred.

Skills:


• Proficiency in PMBok project methodology, ERP systems, and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
