Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Centurion, and the Conveyancing Typist will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks related to the conveyancing process. The primary duties include accurately typing and reviewing legal documents, performing audio typing, maintaining meticulous records of property transactions, and supporting the conveyancing team with clerical and administrative tasks. The role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Typing and Audio Typing
• Strong Clerical Skills and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer Literacy with experience using legal software and standard office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in a conveyancing role is advantageous
• Knowledge of South African property law and conveyancing practices is preferred
