You will rotate between stores to fill leadership gaps, stabilise performance, support teams, and ensure operational excellence. This is a high-accountability role requiring a strong manager who works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide management relief across multiple stores

Support stores during operational challenges, absenteeism, or peak trading

Drive operational, financial, and service KPIs

Train, mentor and uplift teams to maintain brand standards

Conduct stock, cash, labour and cost controls

Ensure adherence to policies, audits, and compliance

Salary: R22 500 – R30 000 CTC

Matric

3–5 years QSR management experience

Valid driver's licence and own transport (essential)

Ability to multi-site manage and work independently

Strong leadership and communication skills
