A local Specialist in the curation of Luxury Escapes is looking for an IT Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our systems, security, and technology strategy.

You'll be the go-to person for all things IT — from managing our cloud systems and ensuring compliance, to keeping our digital tools running smoothly for our team and guests.

We're looking for someone who combines technical skill with people sense: someone who can translate tech into business impact and support a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Key focus areas:

  • Oversee all IT systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure data protection and cybersecurity across the organisation.
  • Provide support and guidance to the team, maintaining system uptime and efficiency.
  • Drive technology improvements and innovation.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in IT management or senior support.
  • Strong technical expertise (Google Suite, networking, cloud systems).
  • Knowledge of POPIA and cybersecurity best practices.
  • A proactive, service-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
