As South Africa's largest JSE-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), Growthpoint owns and manages a diversified portfolio of over 490 high-quality commercial, retail, and industrial properties across South Africa, Australia, and Eastern Europe. As a Growthpoint Graduate, you will:

Sandton Head Office, Johannesburg.

- Valuable exposure to different teams, environments, and operations in off-site locations. These experiences, when they arise, are a great way to broaden your perspective and deepen your understanding of the property industry.
- As part of the journey, you will attend a role specific learnership to accelerate your development.
Reporting Manager
Throughout your journey, you will be supported by a Senior Manager who will provide direction, feedback and mentorship to help you grow, learn and thrive in your role.

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management
