Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Millwright to join our team at BRC Mesh, based on-site in Vereeniging. The Millwright will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, conducting repairs, and operating tools essential for day-to-day operations. This role involves ensuring the optimal functionality of mechanical and electrical systems to support production goals and uphold operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Skilled in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair of mechanical and electrical systems
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly
• Competence in utilizing Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively for repairs and installations
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and maintain safety standards
• Relevant technical certification or qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous
• Prior experience in a similar Millwright role, especially in the steel, mining, or construction industry, is preferred
