The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at SoftwareSearch, you will:


• Focus purely on candidate recruitment across the Dutch tech market


• Build strong talent pipelines using our niche candidate base


• Source, screen and shortlist high-quality candidates for active roles


• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from first contact through to placement


• Conduct interviews, prepare candidates and provide ongoing support throughout the process


• Use a modern recruitment toolkit including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Instantly and our internal sourcing systems


• Follow structured processes, training and documentation designed to help you excel

About You

• Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment


• Strong at sourcing, screening and managing candidates


• Enjoys working in a competitive, fast-moving talent market


• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by uncapped commission


• Enjoys remote work, independence and building strong routines
