Job Title: Sewer (Industrial Machine Operator)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sewer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The Sewer must be quick, efficient, and capable of multitasking to meet production targets while maintaining quality standard

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications and deadlines.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-task by handling different sewing tasks and managing multiple machines or work stations as required.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards, making adjustments as needed.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure the proper maintenance and handling of sewing equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve productivity.
  • Keep work area clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Document production activities and report any issues or machine malfunctions promptly.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in production plans or priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience operating industrial sewing machines or similar machinery.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a target-based environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or shifts as required.
