Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Candidate Attorney
looking to cede articles
, located in Jo'burg North. Responsibilities include providing legal advice and support across various cases, conducting thorough research to inform legal strategies, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law standards. The role will also involve assisting with negotiations and drafting legal documentation while maintaining professional and ethical standards. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge in Law.
  • Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and assistance to clients.
  • Experience in conducting in-depth Research to support legal strategies and decision-making.
  • Skilled in Negotiation, with the ability to navigate and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A law degree and current enrollment with the relevant legal authorities as a Candidate Attorney.
  • Prior experience in a legal environment is advantageous but not required.
