Prefab/Modular Supervisor

The Prefab/Modular Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the construction of prefab/modular structures. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality control, and adhering to project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the construction of prefab/modular structures
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Perform quality control inspections
• Address any construction-related issues and provide solutions
• Oversee safety compliance on the construction site
• Manage and supervise construction teams
• Maintain accurate construction records and documentation

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Supervisor in prefab/modular construction
• Strong knowledge of prefab/modular construction methods and technique
• Experience in coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
