Clerk: Weighbridge

Our Company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Weighbridge Clerk at our Abattoir in Lichtenburg. If you meet the minimum requirements mentioned below, please do not hesitate to apply.

• Grade 12/Senior Certificate is essential.

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative environment will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of reconciliations will be an advantage.

• Accurate working ability with attention to detail is essential.

• Good communication skills.

• Must be willing and able to work variable shifts and overtime.

• Own transport.

• Valid driver's license will serve as preference.

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word; Excel; Outlook)

• System Orientated.

• Accurate data capturing onto spreadsheets and systems to ensure all records are up to date.

• Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the weighbridge office.

• Ensuring all vehicles are weighed and recorded in and out correctly.

• Maintaining logs of all weighbridge activities and transactions.

• Effective communication between weighbridge and production.

• Reconciliations to ensure required documentation correspond and to avoid any discrepancies.

• Proper filing of all documentation.

• General administration.
