Role Description

ONTHREE SPORTING SOLUTIONS is seeking Cricket and Athletics Coaches for a contract role on-site in Johannesburg. Responsibilities include designing training programs tailored to athletes' needs, conducting regular practice sessions, and assessing players' performance. Coaches will also mentor athletes on technical skills, strategies, and sportsmanship. Additional duties include monitoring progress, preparing athletes for competitions, and maintaining a safe and effective training environment.

Qualifications

  • Technical coaching skills in cricket or athletics, with experience in developing tailored training plans.
  • Player assessment, performance monitoring, and mentorship abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide and motivate athletes.
  • Knowledge of injury prevention, fitness conditioning, and maintaining a safe sports environment.
  • Relevant coaching certifications and a proven track record in sports coaching.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to diverse athlete needs.
  • Familiarity with local sports regulations and competition preparation is a plus.
  • Passion for sports and commitment to athlete development.

Requirements

  • Valid Police Clearance
  • Relevant Coaching levels/badges are a plus
  • SA ID (or valid workers permit)
