This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Consultant based in Knysna. The Reservations Consultant will handle daily tasks such as managing bookings, assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service, and facilitating sales efforts such as upselling and cross selling of all related offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience in Reservations and Sales
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Knowledge of OPERA and related booking channels
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively
- Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is preferred
