We are recruiting two Mechatronic Engineers to join our Belgium office and become part of a renowned European manufacturer specialising in advanced engineering and trailer technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule robotic welding programming activities.
- Coordinate with the production teams to align robot deployments with manufacturing timelines.
- Ensure availability of software & hardware for programming
- Develop and optimize MIG welding programs using ABB or VALK systems.
- Continuously improve cycle times and qualify of weld.
- Use Delfoi and VALK offline programming tools for robotic welding path simulation and validation.
- Reduce downtime and improve first time quality.
- Monitor welding quality and robot performance
- Analyze data for improvements
- Support cross-departmental projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering or Graduates can apply
- Certificate or qualification in welding will be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in manufacturing, automation, and systems integration
- Hands-on experience with servo robot camera tracking, ABB or VALK welding systems and Defloi offline programming
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to an international, multicultural environment
Knowledge of the following:
- MIG welding processes and robotic welding integration
- Servo robot camera tracking systems and calibration
- ABB and VALK robotic platforms
- Defloi offline programming tools
Skills and Abilities:
- Develop and optimize robotic welding programs
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Responsible for Housekeeping and safe working environment.
