Role Description

This is a full-time Quantity Surveyor role based on-site (office bound) in Randburg. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost management tasks, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and conducting cost planning and cost reporting. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and controlling project budgets, working closely with project stakeholders, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout all phases of construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
  • Expertise in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Experience in detailed Cost Reporting and analysis
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment
  • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with construction and project management software is an advantage
