Key Responsibilities
- Support menu creation and execution
- Maintain operational excellence and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock management, ordering and costing
- Lead kitchen team in Executive Chef's absence
- Maintain dish quality, consistency and presentation
- Promote calm, collaborative kitchen culture
Salary: R25 000 – R30 000
