Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled
Plumber
who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident with administration and phone communication. The ideal candidate will perform plumbing maintenance and installations while supporting scheduling, job cards, client updates, and supplier coordination. This role combines fieldwork with office-based administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Manage job cards, quotes, and invoices accurately.
• Communicate professionally with clients over the phone and via email.
• Coordinate daily schedules and site visits efficiently.
• Keep records of materials used and assist with stock control.
• Support office-based administrative functions as needed.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) required; relevant technical qualification (electrical, mechanical, or IT) advantageous.
• Qualified plumber or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in meter installation, utilities, or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database/software platforms.
• Valid driver's licence (non-negotiable).
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field while supporting office-based functions.
