Minimum Requirements:

  • Possession of Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • 10 years of Industrial Engineering experience within a warehouse setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Project Management
  • Familiarity with retail operations is advantageous
  • Exposure and familiarity in Lean or Six Sigma methodology will be an advantage
  • Proficient in computer applications to an advanced level, with an emphasis on MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Willingness to travel domestically

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Industrial Engineering team and fostering its growth
  • Formulate compelling business cases
  • Ensure the successful execution of supply chain projects
  • Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Charting and refining supply chain processes
  • Enhancing SOPs for seamless business and system integration
  • Devise training strategies and oversee user education on systems and procedures
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and departments to provide supply chain assistance
