We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and take ownership of our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Kubernetes orchestration, Rancher management, and CI/CD automation using Argo CD and Helm. You'll play a key role in ensuring scalable, reliable, and secure operations across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters using Rancher for multi-cluster management.


• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Argo CD, automating deployments across environments.


• Manage and optimize Helm charts for application packaging and release workflows.


• Write and maintain infrastructure scripts for provisioning, scaling, and routing.


• Implement and monitor network routing configurations to ensure high availability and performance.


• Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and deployment efficiency.


• Ensure security, observability, and cost optimization within cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills & Experience


• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.


• Strong expertise in:


• Kubernetes (multi-cluster setup, scaling, troubleshooting)


• Rancher (cluster management, RBAC, upgrades)


• Argo CD (GitOps workflows, application sync, hooks)


• Helm (chart templating, custom values, packaging)


• Scripting (Bash, Python, or Go preferred)


• Routing and networking (Ingress controllers, DNS, load balancing)


• Experience with AWS or other major cloud providers.


• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
