Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Enrolled Nurse. The position is located in the City of Cape Town. The Enrolled Nurse will provide direct care to elderly residents, assist with daily medical tasks, monitor health conditions, administer medications, and support the implementation of care plans. Other responsibilities include ensuring a supportive and hygienic environment and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of elderly care, general nursing practices, and health monitoring
- Demonstrated proficiency in medication administration and care plan implementation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to maintain a hygienic, safe, and supportive environment
- Relevant nursing qualifications and registration with the appropriate health authority
- Compassionate approach to elderly care with attention to detail
- Previous experience in geriatric care or similar healthcare setting is beneficial
