About Us: Bubbly Agent offers results-driven contract cleaning solutions that are tailor-made and eco-friendly across South Africa. Our range of contract cleaning services include Industrial cleaning, Hygiene Services and Supplies, Pest Control, Deep cleaning and sanitation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as preparing documentation, updating employee files and coordinating meetings.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement training programs and initiatives.
  • Any other Hr.-related duties.

Requirements:

  • Completed qualification in Human Resources: Diploma, Degree or N6 with WIL Letter from Learning Institution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
