Job Description
TeleKnights is seeking 15 enthusiastic Appointment Setters to generate qualified appointments and manage clients' calendars. This is a permanent position, requiring strong organizational and communication skills to function as a virtual assistant.

A successful candidate must be positive and a smart worker, capable of quickly understanding customer requirements and presenting solutions that meet their needs. Patience and a calm demeanour are essential for handling challenging situations, including aggressive or dissatisfied customers.

• At least a Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in appointment setting, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to quickly understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, scheduling tools, and other relevant systems.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic with a focus on achieving results.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure while handling complaints or objections.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Availability to work from 16:00 to 01:00, Monday to Friday.
• Reliable means of transport for commuting during these hours.
