Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Rental Agent, primarily based in Knysna, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Rental Agent will be responsible for managing landlord and tenant relations, conducting property viewings, handling customer inquiries, and overseeing property management tasks. Other responsibilities include advertising rental properties, finalizing lease agreements, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Matters and experience in Property Management
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven capability or experience in Estate Agency, including handling listings and client relationships
• Proficiency in problem-solving, organization, and time management
• Familiarity with real estate laws and property market trends is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Valid real estate license and reliable transportation are required
• Prior experience in a similar role or the real estate sector is preferred
