Spa Therapist

The successful candidate will deliver professional spa treatments while also supporting front-of-house operations, guest hosting, and general lodge administration. This hands-on position is perfect for someone looking to grow in luxury hospitality, working closely with a small, dedicated team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a full range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and beauty therapies.

Manage spa setup, stock control, and daily administration.

Assist with front-of-house duties including guest check-ins, hosting, and high tea service.

Handle curio shop sales and stock takes.

Conduct room checks and assist with guest arrivals when required.

Support the management team in daily operations to ensure service excellence.

Package & Benefits

Salary: R8,000 – R9,000 per month , based on experience.

10% commission on spa treatments plus inclusion in general staff gratuities.

Live-in accommodation (single, furnished).

Meals and uniform provided.

Work cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off.

21 days annual leave per annum.

No pets, partners, or dependents permitted.

Minimum 1-year Somatology Diploma (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or SAAHSP).

Minimum 3 years' spa or beauty experience , preferably in a 5-star or bush lodge environment.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Computer literate; experience with PAN Hospitality System advantageous.

Professional, well-presented, and able to multitask.

Must have own reliable transport and be comfortable working hospitality hours.
