The Role

 We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Newcastle team This role is a great opportunity for someone new to industry, as no experience is required. You will receive full training, hands on learning and strong support to help you build a rewarding career with one of Australia's leading labour hire and recruitment companies. 

What you'll be doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work closely with clients and candidates to deliver safe, accurate and high-quality placements. Your day-to-day will include:

Writing and posting job adsScreening, interviewing and shortlisting candidatesReference checks and placementsBuilding strong relationships with clients and field employeesGrowing talent pools and reverse marketing standout candidates

What we're looking for

This role is best suited to someone new to the industry, or with 1 -3 years of recruitment experience. What matters most is your drive to learn, grow and deliver great outcomes. 

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

Experience in recruitment (blue collar or white collar) — or a strong interest in starting your recruitment careerConfidence in building relationships and picking up the phoneStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA team-first attitude and willingness to learn
