Role Overview:

We're looking for a Tech Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working with complex, technical roles. You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing exceptional technology talent across Tetrad's client portfolio while building trusted relationships with both candidates and hiring teams.

This role combines traditional headhunting with a consultative approach, understanding client needs, advising on market dynamics, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contracting roles.
  • Source and engage candidates through proactive search strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals, and industry networks).
  • Conduct structured interviews and technical pre-assessments to ensure strong candidate fit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, understanding their tech stack and team culture.
  • Develop talent pipelines across key verticals such as software engineering, cloud, AI/data, ERP, and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to support client delivery and new account growth.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our CRM and recruitment platforms.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in technology recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong track record in sourcing and placing developers, data professionals, and technical consultants.
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks (e.g. Java, Python, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, BI/Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working across both local and global talent markets.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to ERP, CRM, or cloud recruitment (Microsoft, Salesforce, AWS, Azure etc).
  • Experience working on both permanent and contract placements.
  • Prior involvement in business development or client management is a plus.
  • Degree or equivalent
