Role Description

Vacancy: Professional Architect (Part-Time | Remote | Commission-Based)

Position: Professional Architect

Type: Part-Time | Remote

Location: Pretoria North (candidates must reside nearby)

Compensation: Commission-based

Responsibilities:


• Prepare and finalize residential building plans using Revit


• Ensure designs comply with municipal and SANS regulations


• Oversee the submission and approval of plans through the City of Tshwane


• Collaborate remotely with our town planner on client projects

Requirements:

Registered Professional Architect (SACAP)

Experience with municipal plan approval processes

Strong attention to detail and understanding of building compliance

Reliable communication and time management skills

Must be based in or around Pretoria North
