Duties and responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and ensuring a welcoming, professional atmosphere
• Managing appointment flow and coordinating with clinical staff
• Assisting with refreshments, comfort, and patient queries
• Receiving and sending deliveries
• Supporting front-of-house administration and basic scheduling
• Maintaining a clean, calm reception area that reflects the practice's brand

Requirements:

• Matric
• Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or client service
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Impeccable grooming and a warm, confident manner
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a clinical setting
• A genuine passion for people and service excellence
