Role Description: Lead the enterprise API architecture and orchestration strategy across MoMo platforms, ensuring scalability, performance, and secure partner/integration exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Define and enforce API-first architecture strategy and governance framework.

2.Architect API and orchestration layer for efficient service communication and process flows.

3.Guide adoption of API gateway, service mesh, and microservices best practices.

4.Enable partner and internal API ecosystems through standardized exposure.

5 Collaborate with security, data, and DevOps teams on API lifecycle automation.

KPIs:

• API reusability ratio across products.

• Mean time to onboard a new API or partner.

• % of APIs delivered with validated and complete specs.

• % of API traffic routed through orchestration layer.

Compliance rate with API tech and security standards (e.g., OAuth2, rate limiting).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.

• Experience: 8–10+ years in system integration and solution architecture; 4+ years in API architecture and orchestration platforms.

Technical Skills:

o Expert in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SOAP, API Gateways (e.g., Azure, Kong, Apigee).

o Hands-on experience with service orchestration (e.g., Camunda, MuleSoft, BPEL).

o Knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes, DevSecOps.

Certifications (preferred):

oTOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification, SAFe Architect, Azure /AWS/GCP Architect, or Mobile App Architect certifications.

oVendor certifications (e.g., Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway).
