Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project QS (Civils, Electrical, and Electronic) position located in the Nelson Mandela MM. The responsibilities include managing project quantities, preparing cost estimates, evaluating the electrical and civil project scopes, and ensuring project deliverables are met within budget and deadlines. The chosen candidate will collaborate with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure compliance with industry standards for electrical and electronic systems. Measure multiple subcontractor bills, and main bill, include monthly certifications.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Electricity, Electrical Engineering, and Civil projects
• Experience in sub contract measurements ect
• Proficiency in project management and cost estimation related to electrical and civil projects
• Knowledge of industry standards, practices, and safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree in QS, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
