We are looking for experienced and motivated Shift Setters to join a fast-paced FMCG production environment in Pinetown. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting and operating blow moulding and packaging machines, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate packaging machinery, with a focus on blow moulding equipment

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines

• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to safety standards

• Support production targets and maintain product quality

• Work effectively as part of a shift team and report any issues promptly

Requirements / Qualifications:

• At least 3 years' experience in an FMCG production environment

• Setting and/or mechanical experience is essential; exposure to blow moulding is advantageous

• Mechanical or Electrical aptitude

• Minimum N3 mechanical or electrical subjects completed; N4 or higher preferred

• Ability to work shifts

• Own transport is essential
