Role Overview
You'll be the first point of contact across phone and live chat—guiding customers, triaging questions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Be the welcoming first contact on our inbound phone lines and live chat.
- Diagnose needs quickly; resolve on the spot or route to the right team.
- Maintain spotless records in our CRM and helpdesk; close the loop with customers.
What success looks like (KPIs)
- Fast response and wrap-up times, first-contact resolution, great CSAT.
- Accurate triage and zero dropped messages.
What you'll bring
- 1–2+ years in a reception, call centre, or customer support role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident with call systems and chat tools; fast, structured note-taking.
- Ownership mindset, great judgment, and a steady tone under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting UK customers or working to UK-aligned hours.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 UK time
- 30-minute unpaid break each day
