Responsibilities
Job Overview:
Fitted fuse boxes, circuits & wiring systems and equipment. Inspected & tested fused boxes, circuits, wiring systems & equipment.

  • Fitted fuse boxes, circuits and wiring systems and equipment.
  • Inspected and tested fused boxes, circuits, wiring systems and equipment.
  • Able to read and understand electrical schematics.
  • Must possess solid electrical fault-finding capabilities.
  • Able to install, commission, refurbish and improve unsupervised equipment.
  • Performed planned maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Executed pneumatic repairs.
  • Used, installed and applied fault finding on programmable logical control circuits (PLC's).

Qualifications

  • Grade 12.
  • NQF 3 Trade Tested Electrician.
  • Three to five years' relevant experience as a qualified Artisan.
