Role Description
This is a contract and remote role for a Real Estate Broker at PROPCITI GROUP. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for daily tasks including facilitating residential and commercial sales, leasing properties, managing client relationships, and providing market analysis and investment advisory services. The role also includes real property valuation and tenant representation to meet the comprehensive needs of clients in the real estate market.
Qualifications
- Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Knowledge of Real Property
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Licensed real estate broker preferred
- Proven track record in real estate sales and leasing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is a plus
