Westvaal Motor Group is a dynamic motor dealership group with 38 Dealerships in 6 Provinces, hosting 16 vehicle brands. The mentioned vacancy exists in Mahikeng North West Province. We are looking forward to your application should your skill set match the following criteria:

Duties / Responsibilities

• Develop and create strategies to support and grow business to maximize profitability
• Manage and support all departments to reach their full potential within set operational and business plans
• Setting optimal staffing levels, maintaining, repairing and upgrading all assets
• Drive customer satisfaction and represent the organisation in external relations
• Monitor financial activities and indicators
• Drafting & presenting factual reports

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent NQF Level 7 will be advantageous
• A minimum of 5 years' management experience in the Motor industry
• Previous experience in the Isuzu brand and Used vehicles will be advantageous
• Consultative and problem-solving experience
• Proven business acumen
