Your remit is to manage the global transitioning fromfragmented, reactive company to a process -based, data -driven, and scalabledelivery model. Initiatives to be implemented include, but are notlimited to Tax, Treasury, Legal (Contracts), Client onboarding, Compliance,Capacity management, Governance, Performance Management, WOW, TicketManagement, CRM etc. The role will be in SA (hybrid) but you will be requiredto travel to operations in Central Africa, Europe and Asia.Note the contract could be as long as 18 months and spanslocal (SSA) and global geographies, hence travel will be required. Requirements YOU WILL BE a highly experienced individual thathas:Executive Level experienceAbility to navigate and challenge historical thinking and peopleExperience in delivering a (multi) complex projectsExperience in managing change in such a projectIdeally your experience is in one of the Big Banks,Fintech, Mobile Network Operators  (MTN/Vodacom) and youare now working independently. You must have operated at an executive level to cut throughthe noise and deliver the objectives while at the same time managing crossfunction complexity and the change required.
