Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Intern Fashion Designer located in Durban Inanda. The candidate must live In Inanda Township, If you do not live in Enanda please do not apply. The Intern Fashion Designer will be responsible for creating innovative
leather handbags
designs, selecting textiles, overseeing embroidery details, and ensuring proper fitting of luxury goods. Key tasks include conceptualizing designs, collaborating with the production team, and maintaining consistent product quality. The position requires a strong focus on creativity, trend analysis, and attention to detail to uphold CHARGEO's reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Fashion Design, including conceptualization and execution of creative ideas
  • Knowledge of Leather Textiles and their application in luxury goods
  • Experience with Embroidery and attention to intricate detailing
  • Fitting expertise to ensure luxury products maintain superior quality and comfort
  • Strong sense of trends, creativity, and innovation in fashion
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Durban Inanda township
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in luxury fashion or leather goods design is advantageous
