We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Bubble Tea Trainer who will play a key role in maintaining our product standards by training staff, improving skill levels, and ensuring consistent quality across all stores.

• Provide training on bubble tea preparation, standard operating procedures (SOP), and product quality control.

• Guide new employees on beverage-making techniques and store workflow.

• Assist in developing training materials and updating training standards.

• Support store operations when necessary and ensure consistency in product quality.

• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Matric certificate or above.

• Able to operate a computer (basic office software).

• Strong communication skills and a passion for the food & beverage industry.

• Experience in beverage preparation or training is an advantage (not mandatory).

• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and travel between stores if needed.
