This is a hybrid creative-production role — the designer should be comfortable creating
social media content (organics)
and
digital ad creatives (Meta & Google display)
that are both visually engaging and performance-driven.

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing or design agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media posts, reels, carousels, and ad graphics.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles — especially how design influences click-through rate and engagement.

Core Strengths:

  • Strong in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Able to design within brand guidelines but still bring fresh ideas.
  • Understands ad formats (Meta, Instagram, Google Display, LinkedIn).
  • Works efficiently under guidance — ideal for a fast-paced agency like KlickSense.
  • Comfortable adapting designs for A/B testing and quick turnaround.

Tools & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (After Effects or Premiere is a plus).
  • Experience with Meta Ad Manager's creative specs and basic Google Display requirements.
  • Understanding of aspect ratios, responsive formats, and animation for digital ads.
