Junior Operations Assistant (Retail)

We're a fast-growing retail brand passionate about delivering outstanding products and service to our customers. Our stores and online channels are expanding, and we're looking for a Junior Operations Assistant to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role:

As a Junior Operations Assistant, you'll support the Operations Manager and wider retail team with the coordination of stock, logistics, reporting, and day-to-day admin. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who's organised, enthusiastic, and eager to start or grow their career in retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operational needs of our retail stores and e-commerce team
  • Assist with stock management, delivery schedules, and supplier coordination
  • Maintain accurate product and inventory records
  • Help prepare weekly performance and sales reports
  • Liaise with store teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
  • Monitor and update operational documents and databases
  • Assist with store openings, seasonal launches, and promotional activities

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data reporting
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Team-player who enjoys problem-solving and learning new processes
  • Prior retail or administrative experience is an advantage but not essential
